Well said. This tiny post says a lot. This days many business people only hire testers as formality and consider them as an additional cost to project. They just hire testers to show their clients that they test their software, and for that they prefer certified testers just to show the certifications off to their clients and make big bucks. In reality all they do is take out every frustration on tester and fool the clients and make huge money for themselves.
